Beginning Wednesday, June 20th, Rabbiteye blueberries will be ripe and available to pick. We have four varieties of Rabbiteye: Premier, Tifblue, Climax and Britewell. Rabbiteye bluberries are firm and have a very good flavor. They are excellent for preparing preserves, as well as eating fresh.
